Privacy and Data Requests
You have the right to know what personal information we hold, request corrections, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. To submit a privacy request, email privacy@insuredtruck.com with one of the following subject lines:
- Data Access Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Data Deletion Request deletion of your personal information
- Do Not Sell Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Revoke Consent Stop all communications (calls, texts, and emails)
- Data Correction Correct inaccurate information in our records
Include your full name and the email or phone number you used when submitting your quote request. We process opt-out and revocation requests within 10 business days. All other requests are processed within 45 days.
Lead Verification
If you want to verify how your lead was generated, or you need proof of your consent documentation, email privacy@insuredtruck.com with the subject "Lead Verification." Include your name and the approximate date you submitted your information. We will respond within 5 business days with documentation of your consent, including timestamps and the disclosure language you were shown.
Complaints and Disputes
If you believe your lead was generated improperly, you received unwanted communications after opting out, or you have any other complaint about our practices, please email privacy@insuredtruck.com with the subject "Complaint." Include:
- Your name and contact information
- The approximate date of the issue
- A description of your concern
- Your preferred resolution
We investigate all complaints and respond within 10 business days.
